I took a picture (attached) of the ones I took off this morning… because they continue turning black (2 upper ones) and the bottom one I pour clean water. Well, even though the one with water turned black (the inside herbs are dark) but it didn’t become sticky gooey like the ones I had on my feet. Not sure what this means but it makes sense to me the ones I had on my feet must had absorbed the toxins from my body. I guess everyone will have their own opinion but I wanted to share my experience and experiment to show these do work!
