PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order at murzl.com you agree to the following terms and conditions.
In order to place an order, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method acceptable to us. If unforeseen difficulties arise or if unsatisfactory credit information about the customer is obtained after the acceptance of the order, we will be entitled to cancel the confirmed order and we will be exempt from liability of any kind.
When placing an order on our site, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
Some of the goods sold through our website may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for under 18s.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order or Viber message. This email or message will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. If you have chosen the option of cash on delivery, then in this case you pay for the goods only after receiving them.

DELIVERY
All products are always shipped in secure packaging. You choose your most convenient shipping method during checkout. The expense of shipping will be dependent on the size of your order and delivery terms in your country.
We will cover any damage to the product during shipping, and ship you a replacement if needed.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times may occasionally be subject to unforeseen delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we are not responsible.
RETURN POLICY
Because we are so confident in our collection and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we actually offer you 30 days to return your product. The only requirement, after the statutory 14 days, is that your item has not been used (as far as this is reasonably possible), and all packaging is intact. If this is not the case, it may constitute a value deterioration, for which you are liable.

1. Every user has the right to return or exchange his order within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. When deciding to return a product, the user must return the product to the seller in an undamaged commercial condition.
3. The amount is refunded to the user’s bank account within 14 days after the product has been received in our warehouse, inspected by our employee and approved for refund.
4. Amount is not refunded if the user has not returned the product to the seller.
5. The seller bears the costs of delivery for defective products, damage during transportation and all other circumstances caused by the fault of the seller.
6. If the size is exchanged or the product is changed without fault of the seller, the user shall cover the shipping in both directions.
7. Delivery to the seller is carried out by a courier company chosen by the seller. If you encounter problems, you need to contact us via contacts on the site.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)
You may lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal or packaging of beard and skincare products.
How to cancel a purchase
You can cancel a purchase and let us know you wish to return it by giving us a clear message stating your wish to cancel. You can send a letter or an email, where you inform us of your wish to regret the purchase to Murzl.com, [email protected].
You cannot cancel by denying to receive the order, without also notifying us that you wish to cancel. You can also use the legal standard return form, which is shown in the end of the Terms of Service.
If something is wrong with the product
If you find something wrong with a product, then please make contact with us within a reasonable time, for us to find a quick and good solution for you. We recommend you contact us as fast as possible, especially if the product was damaged during shipping.
