Of course, you have the statutory 14-day right to cancel and return your order from the day you received it, for any reason and with no justification.

Because we are so confident in our collection and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer 30 days to return your product. You can return your products for any reason whatsoever – it didn’t express your story, wasn’t the right color, or just no reason at all – provided the product has not been used, that all packaging is intact and that the product is not personalized.


When you have decided that you would like to return your order, fully or partially, you can choose between the following options:

You can get a refund for the products you return with the payment method you used to pay for your order.
You can swap the products you choose to return for a different size or color, or a completely new product altogether! The new products can not exceed, in price, the total value of the products you return. If you decide to spend less on your swap order, the remaining balance will of course be refunded to you!

1. Every user has the right to return or exchange his order within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. When deciding to return a product, the user must return the product to the seller in an undamaged commercial condition.
3. The amount is refunded to the user’s bank account within 14 days after the product has been received in our warehouse, inspected by our employee and approved for refund.
4. Amount is not refunded if the user has not returned the product to the seller.
5. The seller bears the costs of delivery for defective products, damage during transportation and all other circumstances caused by the fault of the seller.
6. If the size is exchanged or the product is changed without fault of the seller, the user shall cover the shipping in both directions.
7. Delivery to the seller is carried out by a courier company chosen by the seller. If you encounter problems, you need to contact us via contacts on the site.
