How to use an inflatable therapy neck pillow?
- Take a comfortable sitting position.
- Unfasten the patches and unfold the therapy cushion. Place the pillow on your neck, adjusting it according to your neck, and stick the patches. The stickers should be on the side, the hose should be on the front. Turn the pump valve clockwise, and inflate the cushion to your comfort level. At the end of the procedure, slowly release the air in the pillow.
- The interval of the procedure should be about 30 minutes.
- The first two weeks, it is recommended that the procedures are no more than 2 times a day for 15-20 minutes, with medium pressure in a therapeutic air cushion. The increase in the range of procedures is achieved by extending the time by 5 minutes once a week.
